Blue Label Telecoms & Edgars ***** SMS Mobile Content charges

Apparently i clicked on an SMS in 2016 which enabled Mobile Content on my account of R24.99 p.m. I was not even receiving statements- I was just making payments as i usually pay my accounts off in less time than required. I cancelled this and requested a refund because i did not accept any charges to my account. Edgars refuse to give me details- all they say is we can see what date and time you accepted when you clicked on that sms. @#$% Some call centre agents say it is an insurance policy by Blue Label Telecoms but no one is able to give me an insurance policy schedule for exactly what this amount is. All they say is log into the website- hell no thank you then i get charged again just because i logged into their website!@@#%$#$#!!!!
