Blue Label Should be investigated

Blue Label Connect has been deducting from my account without my consent!! I never signed up for anything, on the 20th June, I called them and requested for it to be cancelled and the agent to be investigated. But it was all promises it was never cancelled. I called them again on the 2nd of July and again more promises, nothing was cancelled and did not get my money back. Blue Label Connect should be investigated!
