Blue label not connecting us anymore

I am writing this review as a disgrantled customer I have parted ways with blue label connect in 2022 October and they said they gonna refund me my money bcz the cellphone that they sold me was something i did not like nor enjoy I reported that and they said they would collect and refind me which only happened the preciding year 2023 around They then told me that they have cancelled my contract Suprisingly in April 2023 they started to debting my account to this day I have tried all means to get my money back but no luck to this day Pls help
