Blue Label is useless.

My contract is paid up in 2020.According to Blue Label there is still a outstanding amount of R9000. Blue Label keeps on contact me and told me that I'm qualified for a Contract cellphone. The people work at Blue Label is useless and the contact number *** ,don't even try to contact them,they don't answer.
