Blue label is a **** be careful
Blue Label is a definite ****.I took a phone on contract from them in September 2022 and every month they are deducting R379.A few weeks ago my phone stopped working and they claim my account is in arrears and has now reflected on my credit profile. I'm now having a dummy phone that doesn't work meanwhile I am paying 379 .They don't even have the decency of sending an email to tell me what the problem is and break it down to me how the hell am owing them or else I need to cancel the debit with my bank😡😡😡😡😡

23 Mar 2023, 13:10I went home and followed the instruction as discussed with your agent but still my phone is blocked. I waited for you agent's call as she promised to do so to check if I had succeeded but nothing I need my phone to be working because deducting from my account on the 25th meanwhile my down is not function is unfair and dishonest on your part.Better yet you were supposed to be able to unlock it from your system because I can see we are going to have a challenge with this.Im really losing patience and business at the same time😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
