This is the 3rd review I am writing abt blue label connect regarding the phone that I took in contract. I received a call and they said they booked the phone fr collection I told them they can collect on the 19th December even today I am still waiting fr collection I dnt hv a smart phone since I packaged their phne to get it ready for collection I think I should take further steps regarding this matter iv been patient with them for a while now

Kindly note as per Courier they have attempted to collect from you on the 28.11.2022 but you have advised to reschedule. Collection attempt on the 19.12.2022 and collection was unsuccessful. Please note that we have rescheduled the collection with the Courier. Please expect a call from them soon.
