Blue Label is a ********** and ******** business

After years having a prepaid number, I went to vodacom to do a sim swap and found that my number is now a contract and belongs to Blue Label. I never agreed to it and was never informed about a contract. I prefer the prepaid and want to keep it that way. Spoke to Tebogo this morning and he asks me since when is giving free airtime a crime. That's not the point! Blue Label now owning my number and putting a contract on it is ********** behaviour and I will now report a ***** case against them as he said it would be cancelled so I can do a sim swap. Up to now it has still not been cancelled. Please beware of this ********** and ******** business. I want my line back on prepaid and me the owner of it immediately!
