Blue Label is a ***** company
I have contract with Blue label, but I have never experienced such inconvenience. Every time when it is month end or almost pay day the phone is blocked. May my phone was blocked right after the debit odder went thru and for this month month it was blocked on the 26th before the debit odder date. Today my phone is still blocked and none of the consultant want to help. they all hang up as if they know there is ***** going on because at first they would help and say they do not understand what is happening with my account. Phone still not working and no one wants to cancel the contract from their side. but my money is still being debited.

Please note that your account was in arrears for 3 months, hence your device was automatically blocked by the Think Adam app.
We have made payment arrangements on your account in order to catch your account up to avoid your account going further in arrears.
As it stands, we have managed to get a payment from you, however, your account is still in arrears for 3 months including the incomplete payment that was supposed to go off on the 24th of May.
