BLUE LABEL IS A ****!!
Beware of Blue Label Connect - Misleading and *************!
I received a call from someone claiming to be from Edgars, and I agreed to a billing charge of R299, thinking it was a legitimate Edgars transaction. Later, I found out that the call was actually from Blue Label Connect. When I requested a refund, they refused to help, despite the fact that the call recording they played back did not clearly state it was from Blue Label Connect.
This feels like a ****, and I am very disappointed with their deceptive practices and poor customer service. Please be cautious and do not fall for their misleading calls! I have the recording I will deal with them.
