Blue Label Connect...USELESS... Stay Away

Wish I could give them a -5 stars. I app**** for a cellphone contract via an ad in early April. It was for a Samsung A35 and soon after my application submission, an agent called me. We went through the process and the contract was confirmed. One thing that irritated me about this agent was that he spoke extremely fast, I could hardly make out what he was saying. The following week, mid April, the item was delivered via courier. As soon as I opened the box I realised that this was not what I signed up for. I was issued a ZTE A35. I then sent an email for someone to contact me, and no one did. I called them a few days later and I explained to the agent what was happening. I then disputed the matter and was told I would get feedback 7-10 days. They would have review the recording. So then I waited... but nothing... no feedback. Every couple of days I would call (no communication from their side) I would have to explain the whole situation over and over to each agent I spoke to. I would think with each communication the agent would record what was discussed. In all honesty, I am just tired of calling and mailing and nothing happens. Three months later, I am still sitting with the phone I did not sign up for (it was confirmed by the company that I was misled) and I am being debited each month for a device I did not sign up for. Two weeks ago an agent told me the cancellation has been process and a courier will collect. I called back on Monday (30/06/2025) and again was told a courier will collect. They have escalated this matter so many times. To date, no resolution. I get the feeling that the end of the month I will still be sitting with this device, and still paying for it. As a first time client, I am really disgusted and disappointed by their service. Never again!
