Blue Label Connect violating our information

Last year a consultant phoned me to buy a cellphone.When the cellphone was delivered but it was the wrong cellphone.After long process contract was cancelled and I was refunded.Now it seems Blue Label connect has given someone my personal information to someone and that person has opened a account on my name.Now there is a r9000 arrears showing on my credit score.This is a violation of the POPI act.If they do not remove it I will take legal action against them.I know I'm not the only one this has happened to.
