Blue label connect threw cell c terrible service
What poor service , i have been trying for 7 consecutive days to get in touch with Blue label telecoms no answer there machine says there is no one to assist you, spoke to Tania , Mark and Bretts PA she said some one will contact me and yet again 6 hours later nothing , i am ready or have been for an upgrade now i will probably wait week for the new phone s well

18 Oct 2021, 15:54SO the MD of Blue Label connect just called ,me what an arrogant person , when i asked him is he always so arrogant he said yes , apparently my account is in arrears and he wants to cancel my contract now in more than 2 years i have not heard one word from blue label connect , if they did call me they would have found out i change bank accounts Now this man is so arrogant that he now threatens me with Lawyers , come on i don't fear lawyer i will report the lawyer to ISSA if they intimidate me as he tries to do its just because its time now to upgrade the contract that the MD probably does not have the funds to send me new handset , shame if he needs buck he should ask we cn start a support group and raise some funds for this poor little man and he remember me from 2 years go shows you the grudges he holds Brett and Mark how do you take on Prtner like this ?????
