Blue Label connect *******

Bunch of *******, I have been trying for over a year to get some response out of you *********. The phone you gave me stopped working after a few months and the sim card has never worked. You never have an answer or any type of resolution just that I need to pay R7000 for a R500 phone that doesn't work. This is theft and I'm pretty sure it's against the consumer act.
