Blue Label Connect Settled Account Still Active.

I'm am not getting joy with Blue Label Connect, I have paid the settlement of their Accound through DMC solutions on the 15th of June 2022, and received the settlement letter however the account was added in July on my credit profile and is on an “Active” status.

I am not able to contact Blue Label to Assist with closing and or removing this account under my credit profile.
