In your post you only compalained about our bad service but did not give details on your query.
Please advise us on how we are supposed to assist you without knowing what kind of assistance you need?
We understand your frustration and we do value you as our customer and want to assist you, but how do we assist you if you do not want to be assisted? Please advise because you did not post a query, you only complained, and we responded to the complain about our service wanting to rectify but you are still not willing to let us assist you.
