Blue label connect r you guys ********** or wat

With Blue label connect i took a contracts with them they offered me Samsung A50 only for them to send me a phone we did not agree on a Blackview phone.. I dnt even know this brand this is so frastrating nd disappointing. Whn i phoned call center they said they will look to it but till today no one is getting back to me. Can they take this phone i dont want it. The've already deducted money on my account. What kind of a company is this really.
