Blue Label Connect Poor Service

I phoned Blue Label Connect concern their htc device that has low battery life and draining so faster, I charged it more than 3times a day, it's not even a month using it, but they were never bothered, I phoned them concerning faulty camera that is not working, I sent them emails they never phoned me, I asked them to replace the phone instead of fixing the camera, they never contacted me instead their consultant told me that I will have to pay R800 for repairs, I asked them to cancel contract they said cancellation fee is R5400...the device still shows pop up message that I must close the application or wait for it to respond, now I'm stuck with the device that is not working properly yet they're expecting their installment payment this month...
