BLUE LABEL CONNECT- PATHETIC TO NON EXISTENT SERVICE!!
BLUE ITS ME AGAIN... I SEE YOU ARE NOW IGNORING MY REPLIES! THIS WHOLE THING OF YOU PEOPLE NOT PICKING UP YOUR PHONE IS STRESSING ME AND AFFECTING MY LIFE.... IT'S REALLY TURNING INTO CHRONIC STRESS..
THIS WHOLE ISSUE IS STRESSING ME AND ITS AFFECTING MY WORK AND RELATIONSHIP WITH THOSE AROUND ME. I CANNOT PAY R409.00 EVERY MONTH FOR A PHONE THAT DOESN'T WORK. BLUE LABEL CONNECT AND COURIER IT YOU ARE GIVING ME ANXIETY. PLEASE GIVE ME LOCATION AND I'LL DELIVER THE PHONE MYSELF.
IM REALLY NUMB AFTER I WAS CALLED AND ASSURED THE PHONE WOULD BE COLLECTED BUT NO ONE SHOWED UP... ARE YOU SURE YOUE COURIER HAVE MY CORRECT DETAILS? PLEASE HELP. I AM BEGGING YOU!!!

21 Feb 2023, 01:45Please note the odd times I am writing to Hello Peter( early AM's. ) . It is because I am really now a troubled young woman because of Blue Label Connect and Courier IT and their empty promises. Yesterday after I wrote to Hello Peter, they acted like they were getting their act together and that they were going to help me BUT THE JOKE WAS ON ME WHO BELIEVED THAT THEY ARE ACTUALLY ETHICAL ENOUGH. I believe a manager of Courier IT called me and assured me that my phone would be collected from my home between 2pm and 4pm. I told him they could deliver any time and that I would come home to give them the phone if I would still be at work. The guy from COURIER IT said no Mam that won't be necessary. They will Courier IT between the times I'll be at home( 2pm -4pm) and he said definitely.... 2PM came and I rushed home, no one called me! . I'm sure they will claim I was not available or my phone was off or I rescheduled collection. To me this is just a delay tactic so that the phone can get ****** or damaged in my possession and in that way I'll be liable to pay for it. Fall for the **** that is Blue Label Connect at your own risk. I regret agreeing to be in a contract with them before reading reviews. DEEPLY REGRET IT!
