Blue label connect mislead me

Customer service never answer wen u call they don't give feedback on queries...I was told upon opening this contract with them that it will reflect on my credit report its 4 months and 4 paymnts later already no data of the contract is reflecting....I want to cancel the contract coz the credit boost is y i opened the contract in the 1st place...I refuse to pay R7000 of over 24months for a phone that's worth R1500 cash to boost my credit score and the contract is not even reflecting....the people who told me it will show on my report is now telling me they can't do anything if it dont reflect I must contact customer service....customer service is not answering and if they do they cut the call immediately after.....I'm taking legal action....
