Blue label connect ****ming pensioners
I am writing this review on behalf of my mom who's a pensioner she's 66 years. Last week when she to game store, she made an a query to why her account doesn't go down. They told her that she joined blue label connect and thy are taking 299. Fortunate enough the lady who was assisting her helped her to lodge a complain with blue label connect also mentioned that they must cancel it.
Yesterday I received an email from blue label connect promising to cancel it and they also promised to refund her.
Today I received another email saying my mom was called in July and they have a telephone recording where she agreed to this deal. Meaning they won't refund her. I asked that they send me the recording
Blue label is a **** that's targeting the pensioners. 😠ðŸ˜
