Blue Label Connect ****ming a 66 year old pensioner with 3 deductions in a soace of 2 weeks
I received a call saying that as a valued customer of RCS I have been given an accessory voucher for my phone. Suddenly I see 3 deductions in my statement. I called the number sent numerous emails and stil have heard nothing. I am a 66 year old pensioner and am being charged under false pretences. To date I not been told that my request for refund and cancellatuon has been actioned yet when I see my statement today there is anothee deeuction. These people are ****mers and whats worse is they ****ming pensioners like myself whom are just trying to live.

11 Jun 2025, 22:07The first response email says they will contact me within 24 hours its been 2 weeks and still nothing yet they continue to debit my account. I want these transactions reversed and this subscription whatever the hell it is cancelled immediately as I never requested to join anything that required me to pay R179 weekly. How does a pensioner survive when I am being charged for something that I never agreed upon.

09 Jul 2025, 18:33I did get a response from Blue Label but I have just noticed that I have been charged again. I eequested cancellation of this product over a month ago and now I am still being charged. You should be absolutely ashamed for this.
