Blue label connect is the worst people to take a contract out with.

Hi I must say Blue label connect is the worst people to deal with when having a contract with them.They just stopped my debit order in July 2024 without notifying me and had sufficient money in my account for them to debit the monthly installment and have not change any bank details.whereby I would've been done paying them by December 2024. I Called them once I've seen that they have not debited my account in July. They said they will set it up for me as it was a mistake on their billing side. I got all references trying to make payment arrangements from July until December. ONLY December I recieved a debit check mandate. I mean it's not on as my credit profile is affected badly and showing missed payments. I made payments for December and January and guess what it stopped again can anyone please help as I only owe them a R1100 and they refusing to send me statements....I even lodged a dispute with my creditcheck because I can't afford my credit record to become bad due to their negligence and still they not bothered with me as they keep on telling me they will get back to me and never get back....I have all call logs and references from July until now.
