Blue Label Connect is the worst

Blue Label Connect is the worst network ever, after I canceled my contract with them, first they charged me for cancelling the contract even though it was within 7 days of receiving the phone, then they kept deducting their debit order even though I cancelled the contract. After 2 months then they finally collected the phone. while still debiting my account every month. Last week they refunded my money back and still debited it back. What sort of nonsense is this?
