Blue label connect is the biggest *****ulent company. They subscribed me to a mobile content subscription after calling me and lying saying I will receive shoprite and clicks vouchers after they have deducted a R59 fee from my RCS credit account, I specifically asked if this is a subscription which they said no it is a once off transaction. I never received the vouchers and days after the call when I called them they said there is no subscription under my details yet they had deducted from my RCS account for 2 consecutive months. I kept calling and kept getting the same result that there is no subscription under my details until they escalated the matter. After 3 months of deducting fees from my RCS account I called the Blue label connect they said my subscription was cancelled 3 months ago and I do not have any existing subscriptions which I then requested an email confirming the cancelation of the subscription but I never received the email and this month once again they deducted the monthly subscription fee from my RCS account. This company is really infuriating cause how is it that there is no existing subscription but yet they keep deducting subscripttion fees from my RCS account. I also hate the fact that they had all my information concerning my RCS account as I never gave them any details but somehow they had every information about me and my RCS account which on this part I believe RCS brieched the contract between me and RCS concerning POPI ACT; therefore I am not only angry at Blue label but I am also angry at RCS cause even when contacting them concerning the matter they don't help at all. What a pain to have to deal with such a situation that has no direction at all.
