Blue label connect is a ****

I ordered a cellphone on contract but when deliver it was not what I ordered. So I cancelled the deal. The courier guy was sent to me fetch the phone, to my surprise I was told that I took out the Sim card then I will be charged 449 for 3 months. I did not have a choice as I had already approved the debit check for contract. The money was debited for 4 months. I called asking for my refund of one month debit was told to wait for 7-14days which I did but nothing was refunded. I even ask for debit order to be canceled which I was told that they have canceled it. As I a writing this review now I am ****ed off as they debited again today. Blue label can I pls have my money. U are a **** big time shame All those who have been ****med by this company can we pls meet up and go to their offices. The sad part is that this company is owned by Alan Gray one of the
