Blue Label Connect is *******!!!

I wish I could give no stars, but the system requires a choice before proceeding. This company are *******, they ***** your hard earned money every month, the promise a refund and then they rather debit AGAIN. We did not receive the handset agreed upon, we did not even open it..we immediately returned it, seal not even broken of the plastic covering the box. They still debited R429 from our account two weeks AFTER we cancelled. We have sent numerous emails. They debited AGAIN yesterday, R429 for something we do not have do not want, have returned AND cancelled. AFTER they promised to refund the previous R429. NOBODY calls us back. We just want our hard earned money back.
