Blue Label connect *****ing my money

I received a call being told that I can buy a phone for a specific amount of money I was told the model of the phone but when I got it, it wasn't the model they spoke about so I told them to take it back and I don't want a phone anymore, they came and took it back but every month they keep deducting money from my account saying I am paying for a phone (a phone that I sent back to them) this is not the first time they do this I complained about this and they gave me my money back now recently I saw a deduction and it is Blue Label Connect again taking my money for a phone that I don't have and I am not willing to cancel my bank account because of Blue Label Connect.
