Blue label connect *****ing

Blue label connect They keep billing my brother *******ly, he calls they apologize return then money then debit him again .. This has been on going for years now and they are not rectifying this and inturn at some point this affected his credit score. It's unfair that they take his money without his consent but he gets penalized for it. They always promise to stop and update with their accounts but they never do this is ******* and unfair. The worse type of business practice. Worse part is they even sent a letter apologizing and promising to stop and acknowledging that he does not owe them anything nor is he affiliated to them but still they doing this......I am really not impressed and passed off by what they doing, *****ing from my brother when he is just trying to build his life with the little he has, they feel entitled to it.
