Blue Label connect I will never recommend

Not good at all. My account was cancelled November 2021. The sales person lie about the package. Someone is asleep at Blue Label connect. The phone was return in December 2021. I have a email which stated no fee because the sales person lie about the package. Incorrect misunderstanding. Which is not fair to list me. And why from December 2022. Just want to make money. I don't have the phone. Who else did they mislead and list them. Now in June 2023 they send an cancaltion letter but December 2021 the phone was return and list me now. They need to investigate that is not on my name
