Blue label connect I need funds back don't play dirty here
Did me dirty I was Makro Credit card blue label connect is debiting funds from my credit I need all my refund I have sent an email week still no response, I never had an agreement with blue label to take debit my credit I need all my funds back

As per feedback provided via email, following a review of the matter including the call recording, it has been confirmed that the interaction formed part of a legitimate sales process relating to a VAS product offered in conjunction with RCS/Makro account services. You were given the opportunity to review the call recording and confirmation has been made that you agreed to the subscription during the call.
Based on our findings, the call was conducted in line with the required internal processes and standard operating procedures, and the charges app**** are therefore in accordance with the agreed subscription.
