Blue Label Connect & HTC phones
Hi guys if you want a cellphone contract Don't ever try and depress yourself by taking one from this Company. Please you will be depressed to the core then you will have a mild stroke. These guys will give ****ty phones that will cost you an arm, the leg and your feet. I took a contract from them thinking they are helping only to find that I was actually submitting an application for depression and a stroke. They are absolutely rated -10 for service. They are absolutely useless even worse when you take your phones for repairs. If there was a minus 10 stars that will be my rating for them. Stay away from HTC phones please do yourself that favour you will live longer that way stay away from those phones I'm begging and pleading with anyone looking for a new phone. Over the past 30 something years with a cellphone I've never ever be witches myself like I did with these guys and their phone.

Hi let us first start from the misleading info that I was told that the phone can take two SIM cards. I sent my phone for repairs to you people. Now when it came back it displays a lot of adds that are busy using my data everyday. My complaint to you for repairs was that the phone keeps on operating by itself without me having to press any button. Sec the phone freezes when it wants to. Now your report says my phone is not charging. I've never mentioned anything about not charging except that that battery was weak and didn't last. Yes you have somehow sorted the battery issue because now it last longer than before. Now the problem I now have are these adds that are popping up every 5 min and own operation by its own. I don't know what will I do if you will recall it as this is the only phone I have. I the next month or two I'll be buying myself a brand new phone then take this one put it away and wait for your contract to finish up. There is absolutely no way I'll ever dream of taking another phone Not from you people. Such a pathetic experience it has been from you people.

please note that ads are not a device problem but settings, if you do not set up your device then the ads will continue depending on the app you are on. Please see below steps to help you stop the ads.
You can block pop-up ads from showing up on your Android home screen by following these steps:
