Blue label connect HTC device

I app**** for Cell Phone Contract around the 20th of August 2024. I receive the HTC Device on the 27 August 2024, the device doesn't have Back Camera as suppose, The Flash Light is not there also, the applications not working properly, when I'm trying to open tiktok sometimes I just hear the sound of background play while the application is off not even opened. The device keep popping up as that says I must wait for it respond or close the application when I open Facebook or WhatsApp or Tiktok. I sent them several e-mails, they never rep**** and I phoned them yesterday 17 September 2024 their consultant said if they take device to repairs I will pay for repairs for the camera and flash light that are not installed in the device, I told her that I want to cancel the contract rather, she said their cancellation fee is R5400 because I told her that my reason for cancellation is I was mislead, the device doesn't have features they promised me secondly I doesn't work properly. I don't mind paying their first installment and they come and collect thier device. Because that device is useless now. I will be paying R450 a month for 12months for the device that is not working.
