Blue Label Connect contract I didn't sign up for

I received my credit report and I have listed for a Blue Lable Connect contract which I did not sign up with. This has negatively impacted my credit rating and delayed my home loan application. I have contacted the call centre many times but have not received any feedback. I need my name to be removed from their billing system and my name be cleared for any outstanding balances.
