Blue Label Connect check you have not been signed up without your knowledge

I suddenly find I have been signed up with these people on Friday the 13 @ 06h32? On some Airtime Subs - uChoose Flexi 55 OnBiller @ R55 reduced by R27 to R28. I never had a phone call from these people and never signed up with them. I use pay as you go only. could not get ahold of anyone from Vodacom because that's where I thought would be the problem. So went into my local Vodacom shop they checked up and found it was these people and nothing to do with Vodacom. the tel number on the system *** asks to to call an alternative number you got to be quick to hear it as its not repeated and you need to call again. Managed to get someone on the line while in the Vodacom office and explain I never signed up for this, asked where they got my details and guess what they say from Vodacom. Well they say it will be cancelled and I did receive a notification number by SMS with ref number to say it had been. We shall see. My concern is how is this legal that they sign you up for something you never asked for or gave approval.. I do not answer any calls whose numbers are not in my contacts so I know for sure this is some ********** activity.
