Blue Label Connect charge on Edgars Store Account

I have been charged every month for a Blue Label Connect subscription on my Edgars Store Account, I never signed a contract with Blue Label so I am stumped on how they received my information from Edgars for this monthly charge to take place. I logged a call with Blue Label Connect on 06 May 2025, they responded saying that they had to do an investigation to see whether they had a signed agreement from me which would take 30 working days. The contract has since been cancelled which indicates to me that there was never any authorisation given for this charge. Now 3 months later after phoning and emailing Blue Label constantly only to be told that they are waiting for the credit to my Edgars Account to be authorized and that a follow up email will be sent to their relevant department, STILL WAITING...I have following up every day for the last month and keep being told the same thing, but nothing happens. I phoned again, 11 August, and was told that they are still investigating the agreement... I am beyond p'd off so if anyone has some advice for me on how to about getting this resolved, please let me know.

Good Day

I now received an email from Blue Label Connect stating that I verbally accepted agreement but they are unable to play the recording for me.

Subscription was apparently for access to a discount voucher at Shoprite and Dischem worth R550 which I never received.

This is unbelievable and so very frustrating.

I was billed for R1003 for a R550 voucher which I never received and a contract I never agreed to, this makes no sense at all. If I did not pick up on this charge, Blue Label Connect would have continued to add R59 per month onto my Edgars account until who knows when!!! I wonder how many other people have been caught out by this scheme. I encourage everyone to check your account statements every month to check for any suspicious charges.

Still waiting to hear my telephonic agreement to this contract.
