Blue Label Connect cellphone deald

Good day, I took out a cellphone with above company for a HTC Wildfire cellphone last year August 2023.

I'm now experiencing problems with my phone with the following: my battery is swollen up which causes my phone to shut down anytime and the only way to use it is to have the power supply fitted continuously, how do u do that,? Secondly I was involved in a smash and grab, managed to wrestle the guy for my phone, but the phone fell causing my screen yo crack. I went to a Pakistani cellshop to see if they can have it repaired, they informed me that they don't carry HTC phone stick. I contacted Blue Label Connect customer care and have them a detailed explanation of the problems and still waiting for them to reply positively. I am planning to cancel my contract should they not be able to assist me in repairing my phone. They are very quick to offer you our a cellphone contract but lack the after sales service especially for a model of phone where there's nobody able to repair it
