Blue label connect - Big ****s

I have got a contract with them since nov 2018. They deduct R 299.00 from my bank account but until today (10 Dec) no airtime or sms has been received. I tried to contact them but nobody answer the phone.

The phone they gave me is also not working correctly. I can't even reverse the money in my account.

Can you please help me to solve this matter
