Blue Label Connect

I got the ZTE A31 from blue label connect on the 3rd of June. I called them sameday to cancel the contract after I saw the cash price of the phone to be R1400 and I had to pay R399 per month for 24 month. They said it will be collected within days seven, even today is not collected. Everytime I call they say the matter is been escalated. I asked the address to courier it to them, they don't want to give the address. Not happy with Blue label Connect service R1400 phone but you end up paying R9000 that's *******
