Blue label connect are trash
I took a phone with them, now when it's lost they do not wanna replace anything been told there is nothing they will do I have to pay the debts, now they are messing up with my credit score I'm trying to build up without any debts.....

Kindly note that the installment that you were paying was only for the device and no insurance was included and that was also mentioned when they sold the product to you as our client.
Unfortunately, we do not replace lost devices, it is the responsibility of the client to ensure that they insure their devices in case they lose them.
