Blue Label Connect are ****mers, DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER USING THEIR SERVICES!!

On 11/06/2025 I received a call from one of your consultants at 15:39 and we were on that call for 14m59s. Your consultant offered me a cellphone contract after checking my credit profile and he advised that according to my credit score I qualify for a Samsung A35 cellphone contract and will be paying R450 monthly for it.

On 02/07/2025 a device was delivered to my address, a ZTE A35 Blade. The next day I called your customer service to check what you have on the system and the lady I spoke to checked for me, including the instalment as per my request. She advised that on the system is showing a contract for a ZTE A35 for the instalment of R470.

From that day I kept calling them and being told that they logged a query and will attend to it. They never got back to me so I kept calling until they gave me an email address *** to send my query to, still they never got back to me.

On 27/08/2025 I decided to reverse my payment to get their attention and guess what, I'm getting calls from about 5 agents a day, I'm still putting in my query with them and they all "log the query" but still I am not getting any help from blue label connect, instead they went and debited my account on an unauthorised date.

Blue Label is a ****mer, they violate the Consumer Protection Act by false, misleading and misrepresentation of goods. Their customer service is poor and they don't attend customer queries.
