blue label connect are ****mers

I have RCS account and this company called blue label connect debited my acc twice in october 2024, i called them to cancel and lodged a refund, they confirmed that cancellation was successful yet they debited again in december,. No refund was done, when i call they always say there is no feedback on the matter. i have been calling them since nov with no help.
