Blue label connect are ****** and ********
I wish I have taken into consideration the reviews I saw here before I took contract with Blue label. They are a bunch of ****** who **** people and have no care in the world for clients. I have been reporting the phone I took with them that is useless and cannot work. As soon as they hear that you called to complain their phone suddenly dies and you can't hear anything, but when you buy all lines are very clear. I would like to warn anyone who is considering using them to not even go there. Now I have to change my banking details just for them. Yo angikaze ngidinwe inkampani kanje

Kindly note as per telephone communication, a collection for device assessment has been arranged. Our Inhouse agent will call you and arrange collection time next week Monday. please send only the cell phone and no sim card. Our repair center will assess the device, and if there is no physical damage found, the repair center will swap it with a new one. Depending on stock availability the assessment process may take 5-7 working days.
