Blue Label Connect are Cellphone ****mers

If I could give Blue Label Connect 0 stars, I would. I signed up for a cellphone contract with them. A few months of using the phone, it would not charge anymore. So I send the phone to them to be repaired. And this is why I signed the contract in the first place, so I don't need to worry when the phone breaks. Then I had a call from Blue Label Connect, telling me that the phone can not be repaired and I need to pay them so they can send me a new phone. I told them I am unable to pay for a new phone, hence why I took out a contract. I told them I am not paying for something I am not using, and stopped paying the monthly amount, as I did not have a phone and I did not receive the free data and sms's that was part of the deal. Now I received a call from a dept collector, as they handed me over!!!! Telling me that I owe them over R5000. I will not pay this amount. Blue Label Connect is a very bad company. Please never even think about using this company.
