I called for Cancelling my phone coz it's only 3 months,now lost the sound,and it's aContract phone the y called me by when I answer they drop it,I still didn't get help or email me as they promised still nothing,and this phone is not working still no Sound pls Peter help me to Cancel this account coz they not helping and how can I keep paying for a phone who is not working properly.
