Blue Label Connect ****

Their Consultants deliberately mislead and *****ulently conduct themselves, what i don't know is whether it is expected and encouraged internally by the company itself while it obviously cannot be promoted publicly as its not good business practice.

Blue label billed my RCS Account for something i did not agree to i cancelled the Transaction immediately i found out which was a day after they billed to try and Reverse it and get my refund , i even got a Ref No .That was the beginning of them taking me from pillar to post. I now started to get calls from the Couriers asking for details to deliver something that has been cancelled not once but many times. Then it was communication from Blue label asking whether i got the delivery which never took place. After that they just went quit about my refund .Meanwhile i am paying high Interests at RCS because my account went on Oversell due to this billing which is *****ulent in the first place and i never received anything for it

I am still getting calls from the Couriers to deliver which shows that they are not interested in hearing my case. That is Blue Label Connect a big Company making millions .But they are a *****
