Blue label Connect

Signed up for contract with blue label connect (Mara Z1), when the package arrived on the 25th March 2021. When i opened the package it was the Mara z so i called blue label connect spoke to Ntombi who said she has sent the query to upper management until today i have called many times for Ntombi, she is either on lunch or off or on Easter holiday. The senior management should wake up and assist customers rather than lying to them. I was told that i will get feedback today the 06 April 2021 but seems like blue label connect is on holiday knowing that that they have just got clients to sign up with lies.
