Blue label connect call me to offer a phone on the contract, I accepted. It's been two weeks waiting for it, every time the courie guy comes the speed point it's not working and he leaves. To my surprise I got debited, trying to call them, I spoke to a lady Lupo/Lupho who wasn't interested to what I wanted to say and told me I was supposed to send an email with no care at all, not even asking what was the problem, maybe she already knows. I am still waiting for a refund 🤬🤬🤬😡😠🤬🤬
