blue label cancelled but they insist its still on my name

<div>i app**** for cell phone contract in march 2023. after which i cancelled within the 7 days period. everytime im contacted i have to tell the same story over and over that the contract was cancelled because the phone was bad quality and the space was too little. i see on the credit bureau it is still listed on my name and i now have arrears</div>
