I cancelled my contract with blue label in December a day after the phone was delivered to me. Blue label failed to collect the phone from me and only collected the phone 3 months later I am getting calls from debt collectors that I am in areas with my account. How come?

This morning I received this message below.

Your Blue Label Connect New Book account is now in a FINAL legal stage due to non payment.Our SHERIFF/TRACER department will be in contact.Call SHR Attorneys ***.***. While I was busy reading this message someone called me telling me my account has been handed over to them

Blue Label please fix this ***.
