Blue Label and Edgars

Please assist! Blue label has connected me to my Edgar’s account and is charging my account R59 a month for a service I have absolutely NO idea what for??? They told me over the phone that I could get vouchers for the service to purchase at any participating stores. I have had absolutely NO communication from them since. I did not want the service and did not opt in because it sounded suspect to me. The call centre phoned me back the next couple of days and I just ignored their call. They then opted me in by themselves AND double charged me in August!!!! Now I see on my EDGARS statement that not only am I paying for the R59 service, EDGARS is charging me an interest fee AS WELL???? I was told I should call *** to cancel these services, BUT the line is consistently busy!!!! I am going to be reporting this company to the consumer board for theft. I want these services cancelled off my Edgar’s account with immediate affect.
